Franchesca delos Santos Choi got an average of 93.70% ratings as the no. 1 topnotchers in Pharmacist Board Exam followed by two UST students.
Ryan Justin Barrion Raynes and Marc Oliver Espartinez Armenia ranked second and third respectively.
